TS Nguyễn Như Ý hiện là giảng viên Khoa Kỹ thuật EIU, với hơn 15 năm kinh nghiệm giảng dạy và nghiên cứu trong môi trường đại học.
Hướng nghiên cứu của TS Nguyễn Như Ý tập trung vào lĩnh vực thiết kế cơ khí hiện đại, đặc biệt là ứng dụng mô phỏng kỹ thuật bằng máy tính (CAE) nhằm dự đoán, kiểm chứng chính xác hoạt động của sản phẩm và tối ưu các thông số kỹ thuật để nâng cao hiệu suất cũng như độ tin cậy.
Trong công tác giảng dạy, TS Nguyễn Như Ý chú trọng phát triển tư duy thiết kế (Design Thinking), giúp sinh viên tiếp cận và làm chủ các công cụ công nghệ tiên tiến trên nền tảng kiến thức chuyên môn vững chắc. Qua đó, Cô từng bước bồi dưỡng cho sinh viên năng lực tư duy phản biện, khả năng thích ứng và tinh thần học tập suốt đời trước sự phát triển không ngừng của công nghệ toàn cầu.
