PGS.TS Trần Tiền Khoa có 39 năm kinh nghiệm công tác trong lĩnh vực giáo dục đại học. Thầy đã xây dựng và phát triển sự nghiệp từ vị trí giảng viên, từng bước đảm nhiệm các cương vị quản lý và đạt đến vai trò lãnh đạo cao nhất của một cơ sở giáo dục đại học – Hiệu trưởng.
Trong suốt quá trình công tác, ở mỗi vị trí đảm nhiệm, PGS.TS Trần Tiền Khoa luôn chú trọng đến trải nghiệm của người học và đội ngũ giảng viên, coi đây là yếu tố cốt lõi trong việc nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy và đào tạo. Thầy đề cao tinh thần tận tâm trong công tác giáo dục, sự hỗ trợ toàn diện đối với người học, đồng thời đặc biệt quan tâm đến việc xây dựng môi trường làm việc dân chủ, nhân văn và hạnh phúc, góp phần nâng cao đời sống tinh thần và sự gắn kết bền vững của tập thể sư phạm trong nhà trường.
