The program took place this morning (November 6), featuring Mr. Dung Phan – Human Resources Director, and Ms. Thuy Le – Supply Planning Director from Wanek Furniture as guest speakers.
Speakers from Wanek Furniture Shared Insights with Students in This Morning’s Workshop
Regarding how students can learn and contribute as newcomers in a corporate environment, Mr. Dung Phan highlighted: “To enter the labor market, students in general, and EIU students in particular, need not only solid professional knowledge but also soft skills and a sharp, flexible mindset in their work.”
Ms. Thuy Le – Supply Planning Director, sharing her insights with students during the program
Strong foreign language skills are a significant advantage for recent graduates. With an English proficiency level of at least IELTS 6.0, EIU students gain a considerable edge in unlocking opportunities in the global labor market. This was one of the key points shared by Ms. Thuy Le with EIU students, emphasizing the importance of being well-prepared to thrive in the dynamic labor market of Binh Duong Province.
