During the program, Professor Tarique Hossain from the Faculty of Business & Marketing at California Polytechnic State University (USA) shared with the leaders, lecturers, and staff of the Faculty of Business Administration information related to the standards in the AACSB accreditation process and the importance of this accreditation for universities that offer business programs.

Professor Tarique Hossain is one of the leading scholars at California Polytechnic State University (USA). At EIU, Professor Tarique Hossain has organized numerous workshops for the lecturers and students of Becamex Business School. Most recently, on July 17, 2024, Professor Tarique Hossain conducted a workshop titled “Personal Branding for Future Success,” which attracted a large number of students from the faculty.

AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) is an association of business schools established in 1916. Currently, the organization has over 1,700 member schools in about 100 countries worldwide. This is the oldest and most renowned accreditation organization for business education in the USA, with credibility and quality recognized not only in the USA but globally. Universities that receive AACSB accreditation must meet stringent standards regarding academic facilities, curricula, and the quality of faculty.
