On September 10, the new students from the School Of Computing and Information Technology at Eastern International University (EIU) immersed themselves in a lively and cheerful atmosphere and gathered useful information to prepare for their upcoming academic journey during the welcome event organized by the School Of Computing and Information Technology.

During the program, the new students had the opportunity to meet the experienced and enthusiastic faculty members of the department and listen to them discuss the training program, key highlights, and career opportunities for each specialization.
With a focus on building a solid foundation of professional knowledge, practical skills, and proficiency in English, the School Of Computing and Information Technology regularly organizes experiential learning activities such as internships, practical projects, and collaborations with companies. The department also enhances scientific research activities and encourages students to participate in technology competitions both domestically and internationally to gain valuable experience and confidently enter the multinational workforce after graduation.

On this occasion, the new students also had the chance to interact with Mr. Vu Minh Hung – Director of DataHouse Asia, and Mr. Do Duy Tan – Alumnus of Class 3. The guests provided valuable and interesting insights into the trends in information technology in the digital age, recruitment needs, the shortage of professionals in the field, and the opportunities and challenges for IT students’ career development.
