On the morning of December 28, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Eastern International University successfully held the 2024 Annual Review Conference.
Attending were Comrade Nguyen Phuc Hau – Member of the Party Committee of the Sector, Secretary of the Provincial Business Sector Youth Union, Chairman of the Youth Union of the Binh Duong Provincial Business Sector; Comrade Mai Son Tung – Secretary of the Party Committee, Director Office of Student Affairs at the University; Comrade Nguyen Le Ngoc Long – Secretary of the School Youth Union and members of the School Youth Union Executive Committee, members of the School Student Executive Committee.
In his speech at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Phuc Hau, Member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Provincial Enterprises, Secretary of the Youth Union of Provincial Enterprises, and President of the Youth Union of Provincial Enterprises in Binh Duong Province, highly praised and acknowledged the achievements of EIU’s Youth Union over the past academic year across various fields. Additionally, Comrade Nguyen Phuc Hau proposed several insightful solutions to help the Union and Association enhance the quality of their activities, maintaining their role as one of Binh Duong Province’s exemplary educational institutions.

At the program, Comrade Mai Son Tung, Secretary of EIU’s Party Committee, extended heartfelt gratitude to the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of Provincial Enterprises in Bình Dương for their consistent support, guidance, and timely oversight of EIU’s Union and Association activities over the past academic year. The directives from leaders at various levels have served as a significant source of encouragement and motivation, enabling EIU’s Union and Association to excel in all assigned tasks. On this occasion, the Secretary of the University’s Party Committee provided important directives for Union and Association activities in the 2025 academic year. He expressed his hope that the Youth Union and Student Association of the University will continue to build on their achievements, advancing Union and Association activities across the institution. This will foster stronger connections and contribute to the success of the University’s initiatives in the coming academic year.
In 2024, EIU’s Union and Association activities achieved many commendable accomplishments. The Executive Committee of the University’s Youth Union regularly organized activities focusing on political, ideological, and ethical education for its members and students. Additionally, various initiatives such as the Summer Volunteer Campaign, Loving Spring Program, Blood Donation Drives, and other activities attracted the enthusiastic participation of numerous students and union members, showcasing EIU’s spirit and commitment to community service.
On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the University’s Youth Union presented certificates of commendation to individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in EIU’s Union and Association activities over the past year.
The Conference on Reviewing the Union – Association Activities and Youth Movements at Eastern International University in 2024 concluded with positive results. With the spirit of dedication, dynamism, and creativity of youth, it is believed that union members and students will continue to contribute to the Union and Association activities, step by step fostering the growth and strengthening of EIU’s Youth Union.
