Dr Lai Lai Win is from Myanmar. She have already completed her Ph.D. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2022. She also holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Myanmar. In addition, she completed an eight-month short-term research program at Keio University, Japan.

She has approximately 10 years of international teaching experience in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering. In addition to her teaching expertise, she is skilled in 2D and 3D modeling as well as in developing Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) applications for engineering education.

She has supervised students in academic projects and participated in research collaborations with several reputable universities. She has also served as a reviewer for scientific conferences and specialized journals, as well as a session chair at international conferences. Furthermore, she has received nine international awards for her research work. With a strong passion for teaching and research, Dr Lai Lai Win aims to continue contributing to education, research collaboration, and student mentorship in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering.
