* The estimated tuition fee is for one year (four years in total) of the Bachelor’s degree program. This fee does not include any tuition fee for classes at the EIU Language Center (in the first year) in case the minimum proficiency requirement in English has not been satisfied. This tuition fee is fixed throughout the Bachelor’s program.

a) The full scholarship covers 100% of tuition fees for the undergraduate specialized program and tuition fees for all 5 levels of English, equivalent to 1,000 hours of English study with native-speaking lecturers at EIU.

b) Students who fail any course (specialized or English) are required to pay the tuition fee to retake that course.

c) The scholarship is valid for a maximum of 5 years from the date of enrollment.

2. Scholarship Eligibility:

Candidates graduating from high school in 2025, who apply for and are admitted to Engineering, Information Technology, or Nursing programs at EIU for the 2025 intake, and meet one of the following criteria:

a) Achieved awards in national or international academic competitions, with competition subjects included in EIU’s subject combinations for admission.

b) Won prizes in national or international science and technology competitions, with projects related to EIU’s training programs.

c) Won first, second, or third prizes in provincial or city-level excellent student competitions or Olympiads, with competition subjects included in EIU’s subject combinations for admission.

d) Achieved a score of 850/1200 or higher in the 2025 VNU-HCM Competency Assessment Exam.

e) Achieved a total score of 24 or higher (including priority points) in three subjects of the 2025 national high school graduation exam within EIU’s admission subject combinations.

f) Achieved a “Good” rating for both academic performance and conduct in Grade 12.

g) Achieved a “Good” rating for both academic performance and conduct in Grade 11.

3. Scholarship Retention Conditions:

After admission and becoming an EIU student:

a) Students must commit not to transfer to another program other than the one they were awarded the scholarship for.

b) Students must register for English courses according to their study plan and achieve an international English certificate (minimum IELTS 6.0) within 2 years from enrollment. If this condition is not met, the scholarship will be suspended from the third year onwards; it will be automatically reinstated once the student achieves an IELTS score of at least 6.0.

c) Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) for specialized courses. If a student fails to meet this requirement in any semester, the scholarship will be suspended in the following semester; it will be automatically reinstated once the GPA returns to 3.2 or higher.

2. Scholarship Eligibility:

Female candidates graduating from high school in 2025, who are admitted to one of the following programs at EIU: Mechatronics Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

1. Scholarship Value: 23,000,000 VND (equivalent to 50% of the first-year specialized program tuition fee).

This scholarship will be awarded to students in the form of a voucher to be used for tuition fee payments during their studies at EIU.

2. Scholarship Eligibility:

Candidates graduating from high school in 2025, who apply for and are admitted to the Economics or Business Administration programs at EIU for the 2025 intake, and meet one of the following criteria:

a) Achieved awards in national or international academic competitions, with competition subjects included in EIU’s subject combinations for admission.

b) Won first, second, or third prizes in provincial or city-level excellent student competitions or Olympiads, with competition subjects included in EIU’s subject combinations for admission.

c) Achieved a score of 850/1200 or higher in the 2025 VNU-HCM Competency Assessment Exam.

This scholarship will be awarded to students in the form of a voucher to be used for tuition fee payments during their studies at EIU.

2. Scholarship Eligibility:

Candidates graduating from high school in 2025, who apply for and are admitted to any program at EIU for the 2025 intake, and meet one of the following criteria:

a) Achieved a score of 800/1200 or higher in the 2025 VNU-HCM Competency Assessment Exam.

b) Achieved outstanding achievements in sports.

All students graduating from high school in 2025 nationwide are eligible to apply for the above-mentioned scholarships and must provide valid supporting documents to receive the scholarship.
