Assoc. Prof. Dr Tran Tien Khoa has 39 years of experience in higher education. He has built and developed his career from a faculty member, progressively taking on managerial responsibilities and ultimately serving in the highest leadership role of a higher education institution – President.
Throughout his career, in every position he has held, Assoc. Prof. Dr Tran Tien Khoa has consistently placed strong emphasis on the experiences of both students and faculty members, considering these factors fundamental to enhancing the quality of teaching and training. He upholds dedication and commitment in education, provides comprehensive support for learners, and places particular importance on fostering a democratic, humane, and positive working environment. His efforts contribute to improving the well-being and sustainable cohesion of the academic community within the university.
