Dr Phan Van Vinh is a lecturer in the CNDC Department of the School of Computing and Information Technology (CIT) at Eastern International University (EIU). He received his Ph.D in Computer Engineering from the University of Ulsan, South Korea. Dr Vinh Phan has deep industry experience in computer networks and wireless communications, with a focus on Multimedia, VoIP, IPTV, and Internet services. He also holds professional certifications from Cisco Systems (CCNA, CCNP) and Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE). His research interests and expertise include Cybersecurity, Computer Networks and Systems, Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), and AI applications.
