Mr Nguyen Dinh Thy is a specialist in hospitality management, with a strong academic background and extensive practical experience in the service and tourism industry. He holds a Master’s degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from Queen Margaret University (United Kingdom) and is a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE), accredited by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), USA.

Professionally, he has worked with both international and domestic hotel groups such as IHG, Marriott International, and Saigontourist. He has also delivered professional training in hospitality operations and customer service for reputable organizations including Saigontourist, Windsor, Accor, and Thaco. In his teaching career, Mr Nguyen Dinh Thy was awarded First Prize in the Municipal Excellent Teacher Competition and Fourth Prize at the National Level in 2018, recognizing his outstanding contributions to hospitality workforce development.
