Ms Pham Thi Ngoc Nhi is a lecturer at the Becamex Business School and Head of the Centre for Academic Communication at Eastern International University (EIU). She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Lancaster University (United Kingdom) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Human Resource Management from the University of Huddersfield (United Kingdom).
Her research interests focus on workplace well-being, green human resource management, organizational behavior, and the application of technology in leadership and learning. Her scholarly work has been published in peer-reviewed international journals and presented at both national and international academic conferences.
In her teaching, she embraces an educational philosophy that respects individual differences, nurtures students’ strengths, and supports their academic and professional development. In her role as Head of the Centre for Academic Communication, she provides one-on-one consultations to enhance students’ academic writing, research design, and critical thinking skills. Prior to her academic career, she worked in market research in the United Kingdom, gaining practical experience in customer analysis and market insight development.
