Ms Nguyen Thi Phuong Yen is a lecturer in Hospitality Management at the Becamex Business School. She holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Marketing Management from Bournemouth University (United Kingdom) and an MBA in Hospitality Management from Les Roches Global Hospitality Education (Switzerland), graduating with Distinction.
Her teaching focuses on contemporary tourism and hospitality management, service experience design, event marketing, and integrated marketing communications, with an emphasis on sustainability and digital transformation. Drawing on practical experience in the service industry and a global perspective shaped by her international education, she adopts a teaching approach that closely integrates theory with industry practice.
In the classroom, Ms Nguyen Thi Phuong Yen advocates a philosophy of sustainable tourism and hospitality development, placing people at the center while fostering students’ professional competencies and responsible leadership mindset.
