Ms Nguyen Pham Ngoc Quyen is a lecturer specializing in Marketing at the Becamex Business School. She holds a Master of Business Administration from RMIT Vietnam, receiving internationally oriented and application-focused training in marketing and management.
With over ten years of professional experience in marketing and more than three years serving in a managerial role in Communications and Marketing at Eastern International University (EIU), her expertise is shaped by the intersection of industry practice and higher education. Her research interests focus on sustainable marketing, retailing, and digital marketing, with particular emphasis on creating long-term value through marketing strategies aligned with contemporary market dynamics.
In her teaching, she adopts an active, learner-centered approach that closely integrates marketing theory with real-world, industry-based projects. She also promotes strong industry engagement to help students develop strategic thinking, practical competencies, and early adaptability to professional working environments.
