Ms Nguyen Hoang Thien Son is currently a Lecturer in Accounting at the Becamex Business School, Eastern International University. She holds a Master of Business degree with a specialization in Accounting from Monash University, Australia.
Before entering academia, she accumulated several years of professional experience in financial accounting and management accounting across corporate organizations. This industry background has strongly informed her practice-oriented teaching philosophy, enabling her to bridge accounting theory with real-world applications and to support students in developing a clear, structured, and long-term career pathway in the accounting profession.
In her teaching, she delivers accounting courses with a focus on financial accounting and managerial accounting for business decision-making. Her research interests include digital transformation, sustainability accounting, ESG, and financial disclosure, reflecting a sustained interest in the evolving role of accounting in contemporary business and governance contexts.
