Ms Nguyen Cao Minh Anh is a lecturer at the Becamex Business School. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Sheffield (United Kingdom).
With a strong academic foundation and a deep understanding of the modern labor market, her research interests focus on strategic human resource management in the digital era and organizational behavior. She is particularly interested in factors that promote employee engagement and well-being, as well as the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing leadership capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
In her teaching, Ms Nguyen Cao Minh Anh emphasizes bridging theory and practice, aiming to develop students’ strategic thinking and practical competencies in human resource management.
