Ms Do Nguyen Phuong Que is a lecturer in the Becamex Business School with a strong academic background in management and human resource management. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from CFVG (Vietnam) and a Master of Science in Management, specializing in Human Resource Management, from IESEG (France). She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry.
Her areas of expertise focus on recruitment, human resource development, and organizational behavior. These fields reflect her professional interest in building high-quality human capital, enhancing employee performance, and fostering engagement and effectiveness within modern organizations.
In her teaching practice, Ms Do Nguyen Phuong Que emphasizes the integration of human resource management theories with real-world business applications.
