Ms Dam Thi Hai Au is a lecturer in Accounting at the Becamex Business School. She has many years of experience in higher education and previously spent 18 years at Nong Lam University Ho Chi Minh City, where she graduated as valedictorian with a Bachelor’s degree.

Inspired by Jean-Jacques Rousseau’s educational philosophy, “Everything is good as it comes from the hands of the Author of Nature, but everything degenerates in the hands of man,” she continuously seeks and applies teaching methods that accommodate the diverse needs and characteristics of learners.

Her research interests focus on agricultural finance, consumer behavior, and sustainable accounting. Her studies have been published in international peer-reviewed journals, including Agricultural Finance Review, Journal of Asian Business and Economic Studies, and Food Science and Technology.
