Ms Bui Nguyen Minh Ngoc is a lecturer in the Business Analytics concentration at Becamex Business School. She holds a Master of Business Administration from RMIT Vietnam and a Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences from The University of Adelaide, Australia. With a background spanning both science and business, she is dedicated to helping students bridge the gap between technical tools and practical strategic applications.
In her teaching, she focuses on foundational business analytics and Python programming, emphasising how to transform raw data into a resource for managerial decision-making. Her research interests center on NLP for decision-making, specifically exploring how unstructured text data can be synthesised into actionable business intelligence.
Ngoc is committed to a learner-centered approach, aiming to accompany students as they build the technical proficiency and professional mindset required for the evolving field of analytics.
