Mr Nguyen Tien Phat is currently a Lecturer in Business Analytics at the Becamex Business School, Eastern International University, while also serving as Deputy Head of Operations at Becamex International Hospital.

He earned his Master of Science in Business Analytics with Distinction from the University of Manchester (United Kingdom), from a programme ranked Top 10 globally in the QS Business Masters Rankings: Business Analytics 2022.

His teaching and research interests focus on applied data analytics, data-driven decision making, and operations optimization, particularly within the service and healthcare sectors. With over ten years of experience in hospital operations management, he emphasizes the integration of management theory, lean operational principles, and data analytics in both his teaching and applied research.

He was a member of the youngest team to receive the Excellence Award at Hospital Management Asia 2019 and was the first and youngest Vietnamese professional selected for the Young Executive Leadership Programme 2023 organized by the International Hospital Federation.
