Mr Dang Thai Doan is a lecturer in Business Analytics at the Becamex Business School. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration and holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City.

His research interests focus on business data analytics and online consumer behavior analysis. His studies have been published in reputable international journals, including The TQM Journal, Consumer Behavior in Tourism and Hospitality, Journal of Open Innovation: Technology, Market, and Complexity, and Future Business Journal.

In both teaching and research, Mr Dang Thai Doan emphasizes the application of modern data analytics methodologies to foster students’ analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities in the context of the digital business environment.
