Mr Ha Minh Ngoc has been a lecturer in Software Engineering, School of Computing and Information Technology since 2013. With a strong academic foundation and over two decades of hands-on experience in the software industry, he is a seasoned expert in software engineering and education. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in 2004 and Master’s degree in 2007 in Computer Science from the University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City. Since 2004, he has held various key positions in the software field, including Software Engineer, Project Manager, and Technical Director, gaining extensive expertise in software development and project leadership.

In 2013, he transitioned to academia, joining Eastern International University as a lecturer. There, he has played a pivotal role in designing and developing the software engineering curriculum. He is also actively involved in mentoring and leading the university’s Informatics Olympiad and ICPC programming teams, guiding them to achieve outstanding results in national and regional competitions.

His teaching and research focus on programming techniques and software development methodologies, combining practical industry experience with academic rigor to train future software engineers.
