Dr Su Khac Huan has many years of professional experience in the field of industrial automation, particularly in pneumatic and hydraulic systems. From 2010 to 2014, he worked at Festo Vietnam as a Technical Engineer. In this role, he was responsible for activities related to pneumatic automation technologies in industrial plants, including maintenance, site surveys, consulting, solution proposals, and the design of pneumatic automation systems tailored to customer requirements. During this period, he participated in numerous projects at major manufacturing plants across industrial zones nationwide, including P&G, Nestlé, Unilever, Coca-Cola Vietnam, Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam, CP, Bia Vietnam, Colgate-Palmolive, Cargill Vietnam, and Kimberly-Clark.

From 2014 to 2015, he continued his career at Hydro-Tek Vietnam as a Technical Manager. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of pneumatic and hydraulic automation systems, including system design, project supervision, solution development, and technical decision-making for partner clients operating manufacturing plants in Vietnam. He directly participated in and managed the technical implementation of several projects, notably pneumatic and hydraulic automation projects at Coca-Cola Vietnam and Colgate-Palmolive, as well as projects for other industrial partners.

Since 2015, Dr. Su Khac Huan has been serving as a lecturer at the School of Engineering, Eastern International University (EIU). He teaches courses such as Feedback Control Systems, Automatic Control, Signals and Systems, and Electrical Circuits, and supervises course projects in the Control and Automation Engineering program. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he also plays a key role in implementing training programs and technology transfer initiatives for industry partners, contributing to strengthening the linkage between education, research, and real-world industrial practice.
