Dr Nguyen Van Tan has a professional background that combines practical industry experience with academic work. From 2009 to 2010, he worked at FPT Telecom South Co., Ltd. (Binh Duong Branch) as an Assistant to the Board of Directors, where he was responsible for the branch’s marketing activities. From 2010 onward, Dr Nguyen Van Tan transitioned into the field of higher education, taking on roles as an Assistant for the International Joint MBA Program and the National MBA Program at the Graduate Faculty, Binh Duong University. At the same time, he taught courses including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Econometrics.

From 2017 to the present, Dr. Nguyen Van Tan has been working at Eastern International University as a lecturer at Becamex Business School, teaching courses such as Statistics, Financial and Monetary Theory, and Business Finance. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he has held several managerial positions, including Deputy Head of the Inspection and Legal Affairs Office (2021–2022) and Deputy Dean of Becamex Business School (2022–2023). Since 2023, he has been serving as Director of Academic Affairs, in charge of the School of General Education, while continuing his role as a lecturer at Becamex Business School.
