Dr Le Thu Hang

Dr Le Thu Hang is currently a lecturer and Program Coordinator in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Becamex Business School. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the International University, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, with research interests in strategic management, organizational learning capability, innovation, and the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Her research has made significant contributions to the fields of management and entrepreneurship, with numerous publications in reputable international ISI/Scopus-indexed journals, including Journal of Small Business Management, Cogent Business & Management, Heliyon, SAGE Open, and Entrepreneurial Business and Economics Review. She also serves as a reviewer for several Scopus-indexed journals, such as Discover Sustainability, Journal of Innovation and Knowledge, Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities Open, and Supply Chain Forum: An International Journal.

In her teaching, Dr Le Thu Hang pursues an educational philosophy that emphasizes strategic thinking, experiential learning, and an entrepreneurial mindset, enabling students to effectively integrate academic knowledge with real-world business practices in the context of global integration.
