Dr Le Ngoc Huan is currently the Director of the Mechanical – Mechatronics Program and the Director of the Vietnam – Singapore Industry 4.0 Innovation Center at Eastern International University (EIU). He obtained his Ph.D. from Sungkyunkwan University (South Korea) and has more than five years of professional experience working in automation companies in South Korea.

With over 11 years of service at EIU, Dr Huan has focused on research and the implementation of solutions related to innovation, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation. In 2023, he earned the SIRI Assessor certification, and since then has been actively involved in consulting and training programs on Industry 4.0 and the Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) for numerous enterprises and educational institutions. He has led and participated in various digitalization projects, utilizing SIRI to assess organizations’ digital transformation readiness and to guide businesses in adopting advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen their competitive advantage.
