On May 21–22, 2025, Eastern International University (EIU) organized a seminar on the development of its Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. The event brought together faculty members, alumni, and leaders from EIU’s strategic corporate partners. The seminar aimed to review, update, and refine the MBA curriculum with a focus on practical application, interdisciplinary integration, and global orientation.

During the seminar, EIU’s Faculty of Business Administration and the invited stakeholders discussed the program structure, teaching methodologies, learning outcomes, and career opportunities for graduates. According to the current direction, EIU’s MBA program spans two years and consists of 90 credits, including foundational courses, advanced subjects, electives, an international consulting project, and an integrated capstone thesis. The courses are designed to foster leadership skills, strategic decision-making abilities, and an innovation mindset – essential competencies in today’s dynamic global business environment.

A highlight of the program is the “International Consulting Project” course, in which students work in teams with businesses from various countries to solve real-world strategic challenges. Additionally, the curriculum integrates modules on digital transformation, sustainable finance, financial technology (FinTech), and integrated marketing communications, ensuring alignment with current trends and market needs.
