From October 6 to 10, the Level 3 CAD Design Program was successfully held at the Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMC) of Eastern International University (EIU), with the participation of experts from Japan. The activity was part of the SESPP Project – the Transfer of Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Skill Evaluation System.
Dr. Nguyen Trung Nghiep – Director Office of Research and Innovation, and Director of the Advanced Manufacturing Center at EIU, delivered a speech at the program.
Trong 5 ngày diễn ra, các giảng viên và kỹ sư đã được tiếp cận hệ thống đánh giá kỹ năng theo tiêu chuẩn Nhật Bản, thông qua chuỗi hoạt động đào tạo lý thuyết và thực hành chuyên sâu. Nội dung chương trình tập trung vào quy trình đánh giá, phân loại bài thi, và thực hành đánh giá kỹ năng trực tiếp trên phần mềm AutoCAD (công cụ phổ biến trong lĩnh vực cơ khí và thiết kế công nghiệp). Đặc biệt, phần thi “Vẽ thiết kế CAD bậc 3” thu hút 9 thí sinh là kỹ thuật viên đến từ các đơn vị: Trung tâm Sản xuất Tiên Tiến (AMC), Công ty TNHH DYNAMO Việt Nam, Công ty TNHH NISSEY Việt Nam và Công ty YUMOTO Việt Nam. Các thí sinh đã thể hiện kỹ năng thiết kế, tư duy kỹ thuật và khả năng vận dụng phần mềm vào thực tế sản xuất.

The program not only provided an opportunity for professional learning and knowledge exchange between Vietnamese lecturers, engineers, and Japanese experts but also contributed to enhancing the capacity for skill assessment in the fields of mechanics and manufacturing. This initiative marks an important first step in developing a high-quality workforce that meets the demands of international industrial integration.

It can be seen that the program stands as a testament to the effective collaboration between EIU and Japanese organizations and enterprises in implementing practice-based training aligned with international standards. On this occasion, AMC extended its appreciation to the Japanese experts, partner organizations, and participants for their support and contributions to the program’s success.
