From March 15 to 21, 2026, Eastern International University (EIU) organized a student exchange program for School of Nursing at the National University of Singapore (NUS). More than just an academic trip, this was a valuable opportunity for students to engage in meaningful and exciting practical activities.

With an educational orientation closely connected to real-world practice, EIU consistently places great emphasis on providing students with opportunities to experience professional working environments, not only within Vietnam but also on an international scale. Through study visits, internships, and exchange programs, students have the opportunity to meet leading experts, directly observe and learn from advanced operational models, and gradually develop their professional skills within a global environment.
Throughout the journey, EIU students visited nursing homes and modern healthcare facilities in Singapore – a country renowned for its advanced and region-leading healthcare system. A particular highlight of the journey was the visit to Changi General Hospital (CGH), where students were introduced to cutting-edge medical technologies and a comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare model.

Beyond professional activities, the program also offered a wide range of enriching experiences, including thematic seminars, cultural exchange activities, and opportunities to connect with international students. These interactions not only helped students broaden their knowledge but also brought fresh and inspiring perspectives – creating a space where stories about academics, culture, and even moments of laughter were shared naturally and warmly.
The nursing exchange program at NUS left a lasting impression, helping students accumulate practical knowledge, enhance professional skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the nursing profession in a global context. More importantly, it serves as a powerful source of motivation for them to pursue their passion, nurture a lifelong learning spirit, and prepare for their future careers as professional nurses.
