Following that, Mr. Nguyễn Tư Trang, Category Purchasing Manager at XP POWER, focused on introducing the field of Supply Chain Management. He explained that this sector involves managing the flow of goods, services, information, and finances throughout the entire process from suppliers to customers. It encompasses activities such as planning, sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, and distribution to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
