On February 10, Eastern International University (EIU) held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bosch Rexroth Vietnam.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr Ngo Minh Duc, President of EIU, stated that today’s signing ceremony marks the beginning of a meaningful partnership built on a shared vision, mutual trust, and a long-term commitment to collaboration. Through the Bosch Rexroth Regional Training Center in Singapore and the ongoing cooperation between the two parties, EIU aims to study and develop a similar collaborative training model in Ho Chi Minh City, contributing to the advancement of smart manufacturing.

Under the MOU, EIU and Bosch Rexroth Vietnam have agreed to promote collaborative initiatives between academia and industry, focusing on engineering, automation, and innovation. The two parties will coordinate the implementation of various practical activities such as internship and recruitment programs, research, and collaborative projects involving EIU lecturers and students. These activities will be flexibly organized at Bosch Rexroth Vietnam, at EIU, or at the University’s research and innovation centers.

Furthermore, EIU and Bosch Rexroth Vietnam will jointly organize seminars, thematic workshops, professional consultation and training activities, as well as sponsorship programs and other related forms of cooperation, based on mutual agreement between the two sides.

The partnership with Bosch Rexroth Vietnam continues to serve as clear evidence of EIU’s development strategy, which focuses on strengthening collaboration with enterprises and linking education with social responsibility. Expanding this cooperative relationship not only contributes to enhancing training quality and creating opportunities for students to gain exposure to real-world working environments, but also plays an important role in supplying high-quality human resources.
