On November 28, the Eastern International University (EIU) held a formal signing ceremony to ink a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Foster Electric Vietnam Co., Ltd. This agreement marks the beginning of a new phase of collaboration aimed at developing high-quality human resources and promoting research and innovation activities.

Speaking at the program, Dr Ngo Minh Duc – President of EIU – emphasized that this signing ceremony is built upon the foundation of effective collaborative activities between the two parties in recent times. The MOU will serve as an important starting point, laying the groundwork for EIU and Foster Vietnam to further expand cooperation programs in scientific research, technology transfer, and, notably, the development of internship and employment opportunities for students.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr Tran Hung Dao – Deputy General Director of Foster Electric (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. – committed to creating favorable conditions for EIU students to participate in observations, internships, and apply for suitable positions within the company. At the same time, he expressed his expectation that through the MOU, both parties will promote collaborative projects and technology transfer activities to continuously enhance production efficiency and contribute to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
According to the Memorandum of Understanding, EIU and Foster Vietnam will coordinate to implement a variety of practical activities, including internship and observation programs, recruitment, real-world case studies, applied projects, professional training, student scholarships, and other initiatives aimed at strengthening the connection between EIU and Foster Vietnam.
