As part of the ‘Overseas Exposure Learning Program’ (OELP) in Vietnam, during the second week of September 2024, NYP students participated in a workshop at EIU on the topic of ‘Effective Communication.

The OELP program is a unique journey of exploration for NYP students and faculty in Vietnam. In addition to attending the workshop at EIU, Nanyang Polytechnic students visited various locations such as Block 71 – the technology startup hub, Makino Technical Center, and the VSIP industrial park.

With the foundation of a strong partnership between EIU and NYP, the two institutions have collaborated on numerous programs and bilateral exchanges, including internships for engineering students and specialized training programs for healthcare lecturers. Notably, NYP students completed a three-month internship at EIU from March to June 2024. From March 20 to 24, 2023, EIU organized a training program at NYP for Nursing lecturers, Becamex Hospital nurses, and staff members from the Medical Faculty Project Committee, among other academic and research activities.
