According to statistics from specialized agencies, in the first quarter of 2024 alone, there have been tens of thousands of ransomware attacks on IT systems of organizations and businesses, causing millions of dollars in damage. Therefore, businesses must protect themselves from these attacks.
To optimally prevent ransomware, businesses and individuals must regularly review and check their entire systems to guard against malware; use security software; and have an incident response plan in place. Additionally, it is advisable to organize training programs for employees to reduce the risk of ransomware and other types of malware – Mr. Pham Hoai Nam added.
