Students Gain Real-World Experience at Enterprises through BBS’s Case Competition 2025

On October 30–31, students from the Becamex Business School at Eastern International University (EIU) took part in a field trip to Protrade Garment Joint Stock Company (Protrade Garment JSC).

The visit was part of the journey to help participants gain real-world business insights and explore practical solutions to the pressing business challenges featured in this year’s competition.

Students learned about the production process at Protrade Garment JSC

At Protrade Garment JSC, EIU students had the opportunity to visit the company’s modern production facilities, learn about the professional textile and garment manufacturing process, and listen directly to insights on sustainable development strategies, human resource management, and digital transformation trends in the apparel industry. These authentic experiences enabled students to gain a deeper understanding of business operations while collecting valuable data to apply in the upcoming competition.

BBS’s Case Competition 2025 is not only an academic playground but also a bridge connecting EIU students with businesses. The integration of theoretical learning and practical experience plays a crucial role in helping students develop strategic thinking and problem-solving skills — essential competencies in today’s business world.
