During their internship at IIC, the Amity students are divided into three groups, each working on a different module: Developing autonomous algorithms for mobile robots; Predictive maintenance using artificial intelligence; AI-based optimization for storage location systems.
Each group is mentored by two EIU lecturers. All necessary equipment and facilities for the practical sessions are provided by EIU. In addition, a professor from Amity University is also accompanying the program to oversee and support the students’ research and learning progress.

According to Dr. Lê Ngọc Huẩn – Director of the Industry 4.0 Innovation Center and Head of the Mechatronics Department at EIU – the internship modules are all research topics focused on artificial intelligence (AI), forming a foundational base for future AI applications in manufacturing. Upon completion, the research outcomes will be considered for presentation at international conferences and publication in scientific journals. Additionally, the students will have the opportunity to visit Indian-invested companies and other enterprises operating in Vietnam.
This internship program not only reflects the deepening partnership between EIU and reputable global universities like Amity University but also creates valuable learning, research, and international exchange opportunities for EIU students. Welcoming and coordinating such international cooperation programs is part of EIU’s long-term development strategy. It aims to build a modern and globally integrated educational environment, enabling students to access cutting-edge technologies, enhance their professional skills, and confidently enter the global labor market.
