Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuong is currently a lecturer in the School of Health Sciences at Eastern International University. She has over 20 years of experience working in hospitals and 15 years of teaching and research experience in an international university environment. She is currently a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Nursing at Burapha University, Thailand. She also participated in the development and accreditation of the Bachelor of Nursing program as assigned by the university.
In her teaching, emphasizes experiential learning methods, integrating academic theory to improve the quality of professional nursing training. She also encourages critical thinking and promotes nursing ethics, supporting them in enhancing their professional skills and improving their ability to handle real-world situations to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of the healthcare industry in the new era. She is involved in teaching nursing management, nursing ethics, infection control, elderly care, internal medicine, and community health.
In her research, focuses on nursing management, infection control practices, and internal medicine patient care. Her research has been published in numerous Vietnamese medical journals and other publications.
