Dr Rohit Kumar Kasera is a lecturer in the Department of Software Engineering, School of Computing and Information Technology, Eastern International University (EIU), Vietnam. He worked as a full time research scholar in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Assam University, Silchar, India.
He received a Master of Technology degree with a university rank and gold medal from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Assam University, Silchar, India in 2021.
His research interests span Artificial intelligence, cyber-physical systems, edge computing, Blockchain and IoT applications. He has published multiple papers in Scopus- and Web of Science–indexed journals, along with conference papers and contributions to edited volumes. He has also demonstrated notable strength in innovation, with several patents granted by international and national authorities. In addition to his academic research work, he has teaching experience in core computer science subjects, including data structures, computer networks, databases, and IoT, and is known for his active engagement with the student community through interactive learning approaches. Rohit’s profile is further distinguished by competitive achievements, including an ICAR Junior Research Fellowship (All India Rank 7). He continues to contribute to both academic research and practical technological development.
