Recently, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Eastern International University (EIU) officially launched The English Corner for Kids, a children’s English class organized as part of the 2026 Summer Volunteer Campaign.

The program attracted a large number of children from Chanh Hiep, Binh Duong, and Tan Hiep wards. During the opening session, the Organizing Committee provided parents and students with important information regarding the class schedule, regulations, and participation guidelines to ensure a productive and enjoyable learning experience throughout the summer.
Mr. Nguyen Le Ngoc Long, Secretary of the EIU Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, delivered remarks at the program.
In addition, school supplies were presented to the participating children as a source of encouragement for their learning journey.
Moreover, the children participated in a variety of interactive activities, team-building games, and English-language challenges organized by EIU volunteers. These activities not only created an engaging and dynamic learning environment but also encouraged the children to communicate more confidently, develop essential skills, and foster a greater interest in learning English.
On May 31, 2026, the EIU Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Student Association held the Launching Ceremony of the 2026 Summer Volunteer Campaign.
This year, EIU students have launched six volunteer teams, including Journey of Love, English Connect, Green Waves Volunteers, Skill Sprouts, Digital Summer, and Exam Support. Through a wide range of community-oriented activities aligned with their academic expertise, these teams aim to promote the spirit of volunteerism, social responsibility, and the commitment of EIU.
