On June 21, Eastern International University (EIU) welcomed nearly 900 high school students, parents, and teachers from Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces to the “One Day @ EIU 2026” program. The event was designed to provide prospective students with an opportunity to explore the university environment, discover their fields of interest, and gain a clearer vision of their future academic and career paths.

During the program, participants toured EIU’s modern campus and state-of-the-art learning facilities. They also had the unique opportunity to experience university life firsthand by joining trial classes offered by EIU’s academic schools and faculties. Through these immersive sessions, students gained valuable insights into the curriculum, teaching approaches, and distinctive characteristics of different fields of study.

As part of the program, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Huy, Vice Rector of EIU, met with parents and students to share insights into the University’s academic orientation, 2026 admissions information, scholarship opportunities, on-campus accommodation, and career prospects after graduation. During the session, a wide range of questions regarding career trends, essential skills for the digital era, and choosing the right field of study were addressed in detail.

In addition, the interactive session organized by the EIU Language Center attracted strong interest from participating students. Through engaging presentations and hands-on activities, students gained a deeper understanding of the important role that foreign languages play in academic success, global integration, and future career development.
Through “One Day @ EIU 2026,” EIU reaffirmed its commitment to supporting students in their career orientation journey by providing meaningful real-world experiences, essential information, and greater confidence as they prepare to make important decisions about their future university education.
