On July 17, Eastern International University (EIU), in collaboration with Techcombank, organized the Techcombank Career Tour 2026, attracting a large number of students to explore career opportunities at Techcombank.

Representing Techcombank were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tai, Director of Techcombank Binh Duong Branch; Ms. Le Thi Ha, Director of ESME, MSME and Merchant Relationship Management, Techcombank Binh Duong; and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam, Human Resources Operations Consultant.

Through the event, Techcombank experts shared practical insights with EIU students on the banking industry, emerging recruitment trends, the competencies expected of the Gen Z workforce, and the factors that enable candidates to distinguish themselves in the early stages of their professional careers.
The panel discussion provided EIU students with valuable practical insights into career development.
In addition, EIU students received practical guidance on how to build a professional CV that meets employers’ recruitment requirements. They also had the opportunity to participate in on-site interviews with Techcombank’s recruitment team for suitable job openings, allowing them to gain valuable interview experience and further develop their employability skills before entering the workforce.
Through the event, EIU students not only gained direct access to career opportunities at Techcombank but also connected with recruiters, gained a deeper understanding of labor market expectations, and strengthened their readiness for future careers.
