To strengthen collaboration between academia and industry, Eastern International University (EIU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ABE Industrial Vietnam on June 29.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Ngo Minh Duc, President of EIU, emphasized: “At EIU, we firmly believe that close collaboration between universities and industry plays a vital role in developing a highly qualified workforce for society. In addition to the academic knowledge acquired in the classroom, students need opportunities to experience real-world working environments, where they can develop professional skills, strengthen their expertise, and build the confidence required to succeed in today’s competitive job market.”

Under the agreement, the two parties will collaborate on a range of initiatives, including company visits, internships, industrial tours, and industry-based projects. In addition, EIU and ABE Industrial Vietnam will work together to promote applied research and continuously update academic programs to better align with industry needs.
This partnership will not only provide students with valuable hands-on experience in real-world working environments but also strengthen their professional competencies, enhance their adaptability to the evolving job market, and expand their career opportunities upon graduation.
