Happy Garden is part of the business ecosystem of Investment Service Consulting Joint Stock Company (ISC Co.), established in 2006. ISC Co. currently operates in various sectors, including investment consulting, logistics, real estate, trading, event management, and education.

Company representatives introduce their business operations to EIU students.

With its diverse business operations, ISC Co. provides a practical case study for EIU students to explore how businesses expand into different sectors, manage resources, and develop service systems to meet the needs of various customer groups.

EIU students ask questions during the program

Through the field trip to Happy Garden, EIU students had the opportunity to observe a real-world business environment and learn how a company operates and organizes its activities. For the BUS 496 – Capstone: Business Strategy course, exposure to real-world business models helps students better analyze the business environment, identify competitive advantages, and understand strategic decisions involved in organizational development.

The program also provided EIU students with an opportunity to broaden their management perspectives, strengthen their analytical thinking skills, and prepare for their future careers.
