From February 8 to 14, 2026, a delegation of faculty members and students from Ritsumeikan University (Japan) visited Eastern International University (EIU) for a seven-day academic exchange and cultural immersion program, featuring a variety of meaningful and enriching activities.

The program extended beyond student exchange activities between the two universities to include valuable hands-on learning experiences. During their visit, the Japanese students toured manufacturing facilities operated by Japanese companies in Vietnam, gaining first-hand insights into production and business operations, as well as career opportunities in an increasingly globalized environment.

Alongside the academic activities, cultural and historical experiences gave the students a deeper understanding of Vietnam and its people. The country’s friendliness, dynamic development, and rich cultural heritage left a lasting impression on the visiting delegation.

Through this series of activities, the program strengthened connections between students from the two countries while reaffirming EIU’s commitment to advancing international collaboration in education. It also laid a solid foundation for future academic and cultural exchange initiatives.
