On June 10, 2026, Eastern International University (EIU) successfully hosted the EIU Alumni Sharing Series under the theme “Building Career Readiness Before Graduation,” attracting a large number of students interested in career orientation and personal development before entering the workforce.
The event featured EIU alumni who are currently holding key positions in the fields of human resources and management at leading companies, including Colgate-Palmolive Vietnam, Panasonic Electric Works Vietnam, Detmold Packaging Vietnam, and Ortholite Vietnam. Drawing from their professional experience and employer perspectives, the speakers shared valuable insights into preparing for a successful career after graduation.

Through real-life stories about their journey from university to the professional workplace, students gained a deeper understanding of how to build career readiness, develop essential skills before graduation, and adapt to the challenges often encountered in the early stages of their careers. In addition, representatives from participating companies shared practical advice on current recruitment trends, effective CV writing, interview skills, and the qualities that help young candidates stand out in the eyes of employers.
A highlight of the event was the Mock Interview session, where students had the opportunity to experience a simulated job interview and receive direct feedback from HR professionals. This hands-on activity not only boosted students’ confidence but also equipped them with valuable experience and practical skills for their future career journeys.
