On May 14, Eastern International University (EIU) welcomed a delegation of faculty members and students from the Faculty of Education, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM, for a visit and learning experience as part of their field observation program.

The EIU representatives welcoming the delegation included Dr. Nguyen Thanh Trong – Vice President of the University; Mr. Mai Son Tung – Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean, Office of Student Affairs; and Ms. Tran Hoai Bao – Dean, Office of the Quality Assurance. Representing the Faculty of Education were Dr. Ha Van Tu, Head of the Education Studies Program; Dr. Nguyen Duy Mong Ha, Senior Lecturer in Education Studies; Ms. To Thi Thuy Loan, M.A., Lecturer in Education; Dr. Nguyen Thi Ha Ni, Lecturer in Education Studies; along with nearly 90 students from the Faculty.

As part of the program, the delegation toured EIU’s facilities and learning spaces, including the Library, EIU FabLab, STEM Lab, classrooms, and laboratories

Students raised questions during the program
Through the campus visit and field observation activities, students from the Faculty of Education had the opportunity to gain practical insights into EIU’s learning environment, facilities, and educational development orientation toward application, sustainability, and international integration. The program also helped strengthen academic connections between the two institutions, while providing students with broader practical perspectives in the fields of education and higher education management.
