EIU partners with Vina Kraft to deliver workforce capacity-building programs

From April 13 to April 16, 2026, Eastern International University (EIU), in collaboration with Vina Kraft Company, organized two specialized training programs aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the company’s workforce.

Specifically, on April 13–14, the course “Basic Principles of Hydraulic Systems,” directly taught by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hay and Mr. Trinh Ngoc Duc – lecturers from School of Engineering at EIU, helped participants gain a solid understanding of the operating principles of hydraulic systems while enhancing their skills in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery in manufacturing environments.

Continuing the program, on April 15–16, the training course “Data Visualization with Power BI” was conducted with the participation of lecturers from Becamex Business School at EIU, including Mr. Nguyen Tien Phat, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Nhu, Mr. Dang Thai Doan, Ms. Bui Nguyen Minh Ngoc, Ms. Huynh Gia Linh, and Mr. Nguyen Dang Minh Cuong, The course focused on equipping participants with data analysis and visual report design skills, thereby effectively supporting management and decision-making processes in enterprises.

The implementation of these training programs not only contributed to improving the quality of human resources at Vina Kraft but also reaffirmed EIU’s capability in partnering with industry through practice-oriented training initiatives, meeting the demands of digital transformation and modern industrial development.
