Recently, the Becamex Business School of Eastern International University (EIU) organized a field trip for E-Marketing students at Taiyang Company (The developer of the Nesty footwear brand).

Mr. Nguyen Dai Hai – Sales Director of the Nesty brand, shared with students the production process at the Nesty factory
During the visit, company leaders shared insights into their development strategy, particularly their use of TikTok Shop through creative content, livestreaming, and affiliate systems. Practical discussions on content creation, livestream optimization, KOL/KOC management, and sales operations helped students better understand how Digital Marketing is implemented in a competitive environment, while also developing their strategic thinking and analytical skills.
EIU students visited the Nesty footwear manufacturing factory.
Following the trip, students will work in groups to analyze Nesty’s current Digital Marketing activities and develop a comprehensive campaign, including channel strategy, content planning, budget allocation, and performance measurement.
Ms. Nguyen Pham Ngoc Quyen – Lecturer at Becamex Business School, presented a souvenir gift to Mr. Nguyen Dai Hai, Sales Director of the Nesty brand.
Implemented through the Project-Based Learning approach, the field trip is a key component of the E-Marketing course. This activity helps connect academic training with real-world practice while enabling students to develop strategic thinking, analytical skills, and readiness to meet the demands of the digital marketing and e-commerce market.
