Dr Tran Nguyen Hoang Thi Tho

Dr. Tran Nguyen Hoang Thi Tho is currently working at the School of Engineering, Eastern International University. He received his Engineer’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from International University – Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City in 2012, and his Ph.D. in Medical Sciences from the University of Alberta, Canada in 2019.

From 2020 to 2025, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Institute of Science and Technology for Brain-Inspired Intelligence, Fudan University, Shanghai, China, with support from a national-level Chinese government fund. His main research interests focus on signal and image processing, ultrasound, and personalized medicine. With his strong academic background and international research experience, he aims to develop engineering applications in the biomedical field, contributing to the connection between technology and modern healthcare solutions.
