Mr Nguyen Phan Thanh Xuan is a lecturer in the Mechanical Engineering – Mechatronics Program, School of Engineering. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in various fields and has participated in numerous projects related to the oil and gas industry, power plants, industrial infrastructure, mechanical manufacturing plants, and FMCG.

Throughout his career, Mr Xuan has held many positions, including production technical management, design review and consultancy, supervision of equipment installation, and industrial maintenance. Since 2020, Mr Xuan has transitioned into higher education. In his teaching, he places strong emphasis on practical, real-world applications, creative thinking, and regularly updates his knowledge in line with scientific and technological advancements.
